    When I was in Moncton with a friend in June 2008, we ordered a pizza from your restaurant as we had done other times when were were visiting your province. We usually had to wait quite a while but we like the pizza so on this last visit we ordered again. We placed the order at 710 p.m. At 830 p.m. we still did not have the pizza a called back. We were told whoever took the call had lost the address and it would only be a few minutes until it would arrive at our hotel. At 915 p.m. we called yet again and were told that it was on it's way - being delivered by the manager herself. When she arrived she apologized for the delay and said the order would be free. We appreciated that but after waiting for almost 2 1/2 hours, I guess one could only expect that. She asked for my name and address and said she would mail us out some coupons to make up for our inconvenience. She appeared very sincere at the time, however, we have never received anything. We did not expect the offer at the time, but did not really like the fact that she promised it and did not send them. lunnja@gov.ns.ca
